The Rachel Cahill Consulting (RCC) team supports SNAP advocates operating at the local, state and federal levels. Whether your organization is fighting off harmful legislation or building a proactive vision for a hunger-free future, the RCC team is equipped to help you achieve your organization’s policy and advocacy goals.

STRATEGIC COACHING

RCC is staffed by veteran anti-hunger advocates with a long track record of successfully defeating state-level legislation that would weaken SNAP’s ability to reduce hunger.

Through our Strategic Coaching Retainer, we coach, train, and assist state-level advocates at all experience levels to succeed in even the most challenging political environments. Designed for state-level SNAP advocates looking to strengthen their administrative and/or legislative advocacy skills, this offer provides tailored supported to help advocates navigate their unique policy landscape.

National organizations can engage RCC to lead a cohort of states through our signature SNAP Policy Accelerator, allowing advocates facing similar challenges across the country to move through the program together.

Our Strategic Coaching offer:

  • Begins with an assessment and goal-setting process to map your local SNAP advocacy landscape and create a customized work plan.

  • Includes biweekly or monthly coaching sessions with an RCC Senior Consultant, supported by a dedicated Project Manager.

  • Provides asynchronous support for timely policy guidance and document review, as well as access to RCC’s on-demand training resources.
